A non-slip is a ready mixed adhesive suitable for installing most internal ceramic tiles in wet areas.

Mapegrip D2 is an adhesive in water dispersion based on synthetic resins, selectively graded minerals and various additives. Mapegrip D2 is a ready-to-use creamy paste that is easily trowelled with good high initial grab and thixotropic properties for installing wall tiles without slippage. When set, Mapegrip D2 has high bond strength and is sufficiently deformable for moderate vibration and deformation of building materials. Excellent waterproof properties make this adhesive the choice for wetrooms, shower areas, utility rooms, and bathrooms.

Tiles will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property (curb side). The driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes. Orders under 20kg weight will be delivered with a parcel courier.

When ordering Tile Samples you will receive a small cut sample either 10cm x 10cm or 15cm x 15cm.

We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles that you have bought from Dantotsu Tiles. If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, in its full original carton/box and the range is still for sale via our website.

There will be a restocking charge of 10%  of the goods returned. If you require Dantotsu Tiles to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).

If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Dantotsu Tiles reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.

STANDARD DELIVERY - From £30.00 for orders under £500, will take up to 2-3 working days (excluding Scottish Highlands and Lowlands).

The best way to determine if a lorry can access your home/business address is whether you have a bin vehicle collecting from outside your premises.

Wide enough access - to accept large delivery lorries (minimum 2.8m)

No obstacles - free of obstacles that could obstruct delivery (e.g. low hanging tree branches)

No Inclines - the delivery area should be flat, rather than a steep slope

Hard & level surface - hand pallet trucks only operate on hard flat surfaces, not loose ground such as grass or gravel

Turning space - ample room to manoeuvre and position the lorry

You MUST advise if there are any parking or time restrictions at the delivery point.

General Delivery Information

From our carrier you will receive a text message on the day of the delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. If there any changes or delays you will receive an update via text.

If you have any doubts regarding the condition of the delivery, Please ensure to sign for the goods “UNCHECKED”.

You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested, failure to do so will result in paying for a redelivery charge or alternatively you can collect from our carriers depot.
