In a £9m restoration of the golden mile, the former HSBC Bank was transformed into a stylish wine bar, which has the theme of Bacchus.

The Bank has been decorated with ancient statues, mosaics and ornate decoration to reflect its theme of Bacchus. The upmarket bar hosts events in arts and cultural entertainment for the more discerning taste. But there is still a hint of the building's former use – the old vault has been transformed into a wine cellar.
